The City of Vista is partnering with the Vista Chamber of Commerce, the San Diego Workforce Partnership, and the businesses in the Vista Business Park to create an exciting opportunity for Vista businesses to hire new employees.
The World's Largest Job Fair is a marketing tactic to create energy and excitement for job seekers looking for new employment opportunities. The job fair will take place at your location in the Vista Business Park. The business park is over 1600 acres in size, contains over 17 million square feet of office and industrial space, and is home to more than 900 companies that employ 25,000+ people! Our goal is to promote this event via social media platforms, online ads, traditional press outlets and draw hundreds of job seekers to the business park on November 16 & 17.
How it works:
THE EVENT IS COMPLETELY FREE FOR EMPLOYERS AND JOB SEEKERS!
Participating businesses need to be open and available to receive applicants and perform screening interviews on the days of the event.
Businesses can sign up to participate by submitting the form below.
The City of Vista will create a webpage that contains a list of all companies participating in the event.
Join us in promoting the event via your social media accounts and LinkedIn. The link to the event website and graphics will be emailed prior to the event.
Hundreds of job seekers will arrive at the business park to apply and interview.
Businesses are able to hire some awesome new employees!
